Altered Art – a new passion of Benita’s is Altered Art. This evolving art form utilizes bookbinding, collage, painting, and of course, photography. Special thanks to Carol Owen, artist extraordinaire, for always being an inspiration.

Pastels – Pastel painting is the ultimate in accessible art. Children love to play with sidewalk chalk and pastels are the grown up version of this wonderful art form. While many of the worlds greatest artists have worked in this format, beginners can also enjoy its beauty and fun. Benita would like to thank Bill Gramley, a Sawtooth Center for Visual Art teacher, for helping her discover the color within.
